What type of courses do you teach?

Our courses are best thought of as intensive ice-breakers, designed to quickly get you up-to-speed with your chosen subject or software package. Our courses are taught by seasoned professionals: producers, designers, film makers and industry professionals who utilise their skills each and every day of their working lives. For this reason, our courses are flexible and mutable, with sufficiently small sizes to allow you to experience personally tailored teaching at a price level traditionally reserved for scheduled public courses.

What time do your courses start?

Our courses begin at 10.00 and finish usually around 4.30. For security reasons we cannot provide full details of the check-in process on this website. You are however provided with these full details upon booking your preferred course.

Where are your courses held?

Our training courses are held at our purpose-built, two-floor training facility and green screen studio in St Albans, Hertfordshire. For security reasons, further details are only provided upon booking.

What are your payment methods?

All bookings and payments can be made online via our booking form, which offers the choice of either (a) an immediate online credit card payment (made securely via the Worldpay payment gateway) or (b) a Purchase Order, which allows for you or your company to pay via the BACs payment method or cheque. In either case you will immediately receive confirmation of your booking along with attendance details and a PDF invoice or Purchase Order depending on the method chosen. Please bear in mind however that only a Worldpay credit card payment guarantees your placement on a course. Bookings made by Purchase Order are not guaranteed until a full payment has been made.

When is the [xxx] course on next?

Please check the specific course page. On the left you should see when the very next course is scheduled. At the bottom of the page you should see all available scheduled dates. If none of the dates are suitable please send us an enquiry, and we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.

What should I do if I need to reschedule a course?

Please contact us as soon as you are aware that a rescheduling will be required and we will move your booking to the next available date free of charge.

What should I do if I need to cancel a course?

Please contact us on 07543 403616 in the event that you wish to cancel a course.
